APPLEYARD MOMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

With Appleyard Moments you can earn a £15 gift voucher when you share a picture on social media (Facebook or Instagram), using the hashtag #appleyardluxuryflowers and tag @AppleyardLondon in your post.

1. To receive the reward you must be a registered account holder with appleyardflowers.com.

2. Appleyard London reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the reward scheme at any time. Appleyard London's decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. The reward scheme is to receive a £15 gift voucher sent via email, to use with your registered Appleyard London account. This is a limited time offer of which the amount is subject to change at any time.

4. Should the limited time reward of a £15 gift voucher change, current members of Appleyard Moments, those who have been provided with a £15 gift voucher will not be affected.

5. The reward of a £15 gift voucher can only be received in full if the account holder has shared a picture of their bouquet on social media (Facebook or Instagram). The social media post must have @AppleyardLondon tagged and include the hashtag #appleyardluxuryflowers.

6. To receive the £15 gift voucher, the customer must have been contacted through a direct message and has had their post approved by us.

7. Customers are limited to 1 use of the Appleyard Moments benefit of a £15 gift voucher, within a 30 day period.

8. Customers are restricted to 1 social post per order. E.g. if customer has purchased 3 bouquets in 1 order, they cannot earn 3x the gift voucher amount.

9. Recipients of the flowers may take part as well as the sender. Both must complete separate social media posts. Both must be contacted through direct message in order to qualify for the £15 gift voucher.

10. The rewards must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a reward has been allocated it cannot be transferred.

11. Appleyard London account email address must match email address provided through direct message to receive reward.

12. Appleyard London, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

13. In consideration of being awarded the credit, if you are a member of Appleyard Moments, you may be required by Appleyard London to take part in publicity related to the subject of the reward scheme and you now confirm that if you are a member, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of the members' names, photographs (which they will provide on request) and statements made by the members concerning Appleyard Moments and it's rewards / benefits.

14. By opting in to Appleyard Moments, all who opt in are deemed to have provided Appleyard London with a right and licence to use the Member's Entry on the Appleyard London website, and throughout Appleyard London's social media channels, and to sublicense the right to do the same to Appleyard London's wholesalers.

15. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
